Privacy Policy

It is our best intent to keep your personal and financial information in the strictest confidence. We will not share contact and delivery information with anyone.

Recipient and Sender Information

If the Recipient of a gift calls us to inquire about the sender, we will only read the name of the card and message on the card as submitted by the purchaser, if such information was submitted and/or collected. If such information was not furnished in the designated area of the web site or over the phone by the purchaser, we will not provide information about the sender.

Information Collection

Our web site(s) collect only the information necessary to process and collect payment for your order. We collect sufficient information to obtain payment authorization and funds from the buyers credit card company and to arrange for delivery to the designated recipient. We may also require phone numbers for both purchaser and recipient to insure that we can resolve any delivery issues that may arise, in a timely manner.

Legal

Except for cases in which we are working with authorities to investigate and prosecute fraudulent orders or a web site security breach, we will NEVER turn over our customer information to any legal or financial authority. If there is an inquiry about your account from any entity, we will disclose this fact to you within 30 days of the inquiry unless a valid court order is produced. If we are asked by the court to provide information, we will inform you of the actions that took place and the information that was provided, if any, about your account.

About Digital Identities

‘IP Addresses’ are numbers assigned to computers when a person is using their browser to access web sites on-line. The servers behind our web site do identify computers by their IP Addresses, but these addresses are never attached to the actual customer and their order. They are used solely to track visit statistics, like which parts of our web site are most/least popular, etc. ‘Cookies’ are digital files that can be stored on computers that contain preferences, times, dates, pages viewed and other information while on a web site. We use temporary (short term) cookies only to maintain your ‘session’ information, like what items are in your cart, as you complete your order.

Security

Our web site uses thawte.com certificates for 128-bit industry standard encryption to transmit your order data. This method of transferring customer and financial information is the most common method of transmission on the internet, as used on ‘giant’ sites such as Amazon.com, ebay.com, wal-mart.com, etc.
